findbugs ant target is yet to be ported to use IVY for dependency management.
The reason being that , ivy can be used for resolving the findbugs.jar file but
the test-patch ant target uses the findbbugs bin directory.
docs ant target
docs uses forrest and java5,
forrest artifacts are unavailable on the centralized repo to be used through
ivy.
