HFTP and HSFTP are just internal naming schemes, a way to encode HDFS file
names but indicate that a different mechanism should be used to access them.

We already use HTTP and HTTPS as the transport for HFTP and HSFTP. So maybe
all we need is better documentation of what's passed over HTTP?
