Status: Patch Available (was: Open)
The attached file fixes the streaming test failures. I'd made changes to
FileUtil.java to run the chmod command using the ShellCommandExecutor.
Previously this was using the Process class. There was no reason to change it,
so I moved back to using Process and the tests passed locally.
I thought ant test runs contrib tests as well, which is why I missed these on
the first patch.
