libhdfs.patch : disables append tests in libhdfs.
The command ' {{ant -Dcompile.c++=true -Dlibhdfs=true clean compile
test-libhdfs}} ' fails with current 0.19 and passes with this patch applied.
I will commit this correction soon today.
