{{CheckpointSignature}} currently includes the name-nodes's edits file
modification time for identification purposes.
It should contain more fields helping to identify that the checkpointed image
is the one the name-node requested to checkpoint.
An improvement in this direction would be to include the number of files in the
namepsace at the time when the checkpoint started.
