it can be used to view the fsimage as well as modify it, etc.
How about *src/tools/o/a/h/hdfs/tools/offlineImageProcessor*? (or oip might be
better - it's shorter!). That was it's a generic name enough to allow for
future expansion and not lock the code just to being a pretty printer.
