This looks good, but a few minor points:
1. getBlkIndex should be removed and inlined into getBlockIndex.
2. it seems like the first block processing can be rolled into the loop in
getSplitHosts.
3. HostInfo should use long instead of LongWritable, since there is no need
for serialization.
