The release audit warning is due to a new public API in FileUtil. This is
expected.
This patch has been tested extensively manually, and a version of this patch is
also deployed in production environment for a while now. There is a plan to
develop unit tests as a followup.
Given these, I am committing this patch, as it is blocking some other jiras in
M/R.
