Attaching patch incorporating Hemanth's comment:
* Add {{raiseStatusChangeEvent(JobQueueManager, QueueName)}} to
{{testSchedulingInfo()}}
No other test case needs it because places where {{raiseStatusChangeEvent()}}
is being used is with single default queue.
