The reason for core tests to fail seem to be unrelated to this patch. I have
checked the test code and run on two different systems (Mac OS X 10.5.6 and
Ubuntu 8.04.1) and tests succeed for me. In fact, the core tests have passed in
the previous time that hudson ran it, and this patch is essentially the same,
with the difference of the license headers in two new files. I'd suggest to let
hudson run it again to see if it fails another time.
