Dhruba, the CHANGES.txt in branch 0.20 has the log message for this JIRA under
0.20.1. However, in the trunk, it is under 0.19.2. Shouldn't they be under the
earliest version for all branches (in this case 0.19.2). I noticed these while
trying to merge CHANGES.txt between trunk and 0.20. Can you please verify this ?
