Ok, thanks Hemanth. Now I get it. Looks like the test-patch.sh script should
also remove svn:ignore files. Since this is a little tricky to ascertain
recursively, I suggest we use the .gitignore contents. This will get us 95+%
improvement from what we're doing today.
