It's nice to see this vote finished.
It might be useful for us to understand if Alan, Martin, and I did
something wrong wrt this vote and how to avoid the mistake in the future.
I sent a "yes" at 10:19EDT on 3/25 and I saw Martin's "yes" at 11:36
that same day. I saw a "yes" from Alan Bateman on 3/28 at 7:08EDT. All
three msgs seem to have the right format and be to the right addresses.
