Sorry about that, your name definitely should be there, but the tool
does not let me do that:-(
I tried to add "reviewed also by Ulf" into the contributued-by line, but
got refused as well, seem
like it only accepts email address. Alan suggested me now try put your
name into the "summary
line" to acknowledge your contribution.
