With Alan's blessing I've created an additional list under the purview of the Core Libraries Group, jdbc-spec-discuss [1]. This list is intended to host discussions of revisions to the JDBC specification (JSR 221). Lance Andersen, the JDBC Spec Lead, is the list moderator.
