I have not seen these failures recently. Do you have specific changes you would like to add as part of this? I just picked on TestDateTimeTextProvider.java as it is very noisy, fails on all platforms, all of the time.

Robert is looking into but I think there may be an issue with the javac changes that were pushed last night.

The TestDateTimeTextProvider.java test that you are looking to exclude seems to be caused to a recent change for Portuguese, looks like it is impacting tests that use Brazil Portuguese. I see Yong has a patch on i18n-dev at the moment to sort out another issue in this area. In case, I don't when it will be fixed and I don't see a major issue excluding it in the mean-time (I agree it is noise).
