It would be nice to factor out the repeating text to a link in package javadoc,
but there does not appear to be any suitable shared location; stuff on java.xml
might work but probably will look out of place.
True. It might have been a good fit if we had a package such as
javax.xml.jaxp for the core JAXP APIs, similar to javax.xml.ws that
covers the core JAX-WS APIs.
