It does: --iconv=utf-8-mac,utf-8
But I don't know whether it works :-) Well, probably yes, in BTRFS it
does... but BTRFS and EXT4 are on two different machines, so I haven't
eliminated yet all the possible contextual problems. I suppose the
conversion is performed by the client rsync, but I can't exclude that the
destination rsync (I'm rsyncing over ssh) doesn't have a role. Back to
work on it in a few hours.
