This is almost straight-forward backport except one difference: com/sun/xml/internal/messaging/saaj/util/stax/SaajStaxWriter.java is not part of JDK8 JAXWS version and therefore this changes wasn't backported/not needed. Regression test and other source changes were applied cleanly after reshuffling. Testing shows no related failures: JDK regression tests (with backported one), JCK runtime jaxws/b related test.
