I found webrev is hard to read, using meld on, before and after
sources is a lot easier, to see the differences, if so, you might want to
use the direct hg patch at [3].
The lack of, and inconsistent, line breaks makes these resource files
very hard to edit/read. I've looked through each of them and don't see
anything obviously wrong. It would be good to get help from folks in
Asian locales to double check as they are the hardest to verify.
