Thank you very much for your hint about submitting patches.
In the meantime I got feeback [1] from Xueming Shen and I sent two
(much) smaller portions [2] and [3] which makes [5] now obsolete.
I saw through my own messages again and found them having the patches
attached. Both [2] and [3] have their patches attached in the email I
sent as well as displayed when viewing the message in the mail archive
as a link at the bottom. While not all my previous messages were in that
form, I see that webrev form from me as not an author as in [4] is not
useful and would guess this should be all right for [2] and [3] or else,
please, let me know.
In short summary, I'd be glad to find a sponsor or get feedback for [2]
and [3].
