JDK 12 RFR of JDK-8208782: Remove extra type in throws clause of SerialClob.writeObject

Hello,

The fix for JDK-8208060, Additional corrections of serial-related 
declarations, overlooked an extra type in the throws clause of 
javax.sql.rowset.serial.SerialClob.writeObject. The extra type should be 
removed.
