It reintroduced `java/util/stream` in `exclusiveAccess.dirs`, which effectively reverts JDK-8247980. I noticed this because jdk:tier1 became slow again.
@FrauBoes, that was not intentional, right? The solution is to drop `java/util/stream` again.
