yes, but that seems to affect this statement:


`0 <= x_i <= b_i, where 0 <= i <= n`, or IndexOutOfBoundsException is thrown.

So we can replace with


0 <= x_i < b_i, where 1 <= i <= n`, or IndexOutOfBoundsException is thrown.
