Duplicate code block here and in the 2nd `forQUIC` method. We should move it to 
a private `getUserSpecifiedConstraints` method, like in SSLEngine and SSLSocket 
cases. In fact I think all 3 methods could be combined into a single 
`getUserSpecifiedConstraints(Object o)` since they all do the same thing.
