Hi @Bhavana-Kilambi , Thanks for running this thorugh your setup, I am also 
able to reproduce it on Google AXION, your fix fills the gap in instruction 
selector, I suggest creating a seperate PR for this ? You can either create a 
smaller standalone reproducer testcase or mention about the tests part of this 
PR.
