At this point it is exactly the same as the "holder idiom" with the same 
disadvantages, and is not on par with DCL in flexibility. Like all the logger 
examples in the JEP, should logger initialization be fatal and is caching an 
error forever a really good thing? Hope some other api will provide more 
variants.
