Setting up version 0.19.0

I was using 0.18.2 till and needed to upgrade to 0.19.0 for the JDBC
support. Strangely, I'm unable to get 0.19.0 to start up using exactly the
same configuration as the earlier version. Here's the error from the
namenode log file:
