Apparenlty only Coordinators can see/edit it (there are a few core devs that are also coordinators). I don't think there are any problems to make the roles visible to everyone, however I don't know if there are problems to make the roles editable (if we make it editable for developers maybe they could make themselves coordinators by changing their role?). Either way we could investigate it and fix it if we need to.
