Just thought I'd share, today I heard through the grapevine that Github is
planning some improvements to the PR workflow to pull in some of the
functionality that systems like Gerrit have. Things like marking comments as
resolved, sending multiple inline comments at once, seeing changes since last
review, etc.

I don't know the timeline or how accurate it is, but just figured I'd share
that I've heard some rumblings that improvements may be coming.
