Hi Brain, meanwhile I performed my testing scenarios and all is fine.
Please understand that I cannot talk about license protection tech here in public. But here’s some maybe useful piece of info I wasn’t aware of: While Logic is performing AU validation by spawning an auvaltool subprocess it is at the same time instantiating the plugin also in the main process without doing much with it. Since these happens in two different processes in parallel, any external entities (servers, databases, devices whatever) access by these processes must cope with this situation and its specific timing. Having the same plugin instantiated for the first time from two different processes at almost the same time wasn’t something they expected. Again, for debugging purpose it’s sometimes useful to know which access comes from where. But I was able to get my work done without.
