Hello I was told that Logic allow up a 511 events in it’s midi buffer.
When using IAC, does it uses the same buffer or is there is an IAC buffer ? As Logic does not allow Multi Ports VSL have bypass this by adding before the midi event, it's a Control Change 99 indicating the port number. This mean you have two events per midi event. If using the IAC does the assignation of the IAC port is using as VSL an event, so it is reducing ? When is Logic going to support Multi Ports like Cubase does since a few years ? When Logic will use multiple CPU when sending MIDI to the IAC port or to the port used by VSL ?
