yes, I was the topic starter.

The problem is related to having multiple MIDIClientRef’s in your app - that 
crash happening when you have multiple MIDIClientRef’s and you are trying to 
release them. While I investigated on the issue, it came out the having 
multiple MIDIClientRefs is a design issue anyway, so removing them and manage 
only one fixed the problem.
