I really would like to know this too. If this has been intentionally
removed I will quickly have to find a new way to support Airplay in my
radio player app. My users are not happy at the moment.
I filed a radar as well which has been marked as a duplicate of another
open radar by Apple. You may want to file one as well. Sadly, because
one does not get status updates about the original radar there is no way
to know what the current status of this issue is.
