I'm looking for the "CocoaAUHost" code, to which Apple refers on this page <https://developer.apple.com/library/mac/documentation/MusicAudio/Conceptual/AudioUnitProgrammingGuide/AQuickTouroftheCoreAudioSDK/AQuickTouroftheCoreAudioSDK.html#//apple_ref/doc/uid/TP40003278-CH11-SW1> on their documentation site.
I can't seem to find any download on Apple that contains it. Does anyone know what has become of it?
