Hey, all — Can the CoreMIDI API list the applications connected to a virtual MIDI port created with MIDISourceCreate?
Alternatively, is there a way to know if no clients are connected? Background: I'm using a similar function with a licensed Windows driver to assist my users in setting up my stand-alone app. The driver allows me to get process IDs for all clients, which I can use in turn to get their names. Ideally I'd like to be able to say "connected with GarageBand" but it's even more important to be able to pop up guidance when nothing is connected yet. – Evan Balster creator of imitone <http://imitone.com>
