Docs say it’s defined in Core Endian, which is deprecated in OS X 10.8 and 
replaced by Core Foundation Byte-Order Utilities (CFSwapInt16HostToLittle(), et 
al).

IIUC, header file you’d be looking for is CarbonCore/Endian.h.
