3. How can you add links on the sidebar?
Via the contents tab, there is the modules folder.
Take a look at the DTML method categories as an example.
To active your extension add it to the index_hmtl there.
But I'm sure somebody made this already and perhaps we
could share some sidebar extension?
4. Is there an easy way to change the skin of the blog?
depends on the meaning of easy. :-)
Again via the contents tab, there is the skins folder.
Copy the defaults folder, change what you want and
select the skin in the settings, section Skin.
If you want more than cosmetic changes you need to
rewrite the DTML code in the new skin folder.
Still kinda clueless on this part:(
