You should have read my first mail on the topic, I was giving you a link
to http://betabug.ch/zope/witch -- the RewriteRule witch, which is a
form that will generate a proper RewriteRule for you. Even if you did
not read that mail, googling for [Zope RewriteRule] has the witch on the
first page of results and [Zope RewriteRule generator] lists it at No1.

No. Your rewrite rule is plain wrong then. Please refer to the
documentation for RewriteRules and the Virtual Host Monster in the Help
of the VHM and for example on zopewiki.org/ZopeAndApache (as I mentioned
in my first mail on the topic), and (since getting a proper RewriteRule
is not so easy, especially for people who don't write one every day) I
referred you to the witch, where you can get a good, reliable rule in no
time.

It is getting repetitive because you don't do your homework. Sorry for
being so harsh, but a lot of people get these things right, it just
takes a bit of carefull reading. And since it is not so easy, I once sat
down on a weekend and wrote the witch, so it is even easier for newbies.
I don't expect any "thank you's" for that, but it would be nice if you
would take advantage of it :-)

I disagree with that statement. You found something that is broken but
seems to somehow work at first sight. It will break down when you look
closer at it.

Before writing such an article you should study a proper solution first.
If you don't do that, your article will do more harm then good for
others. Have you even looked if such an article does not exist already?
It does not have to mention COREBlog itself (in fact this thread is
largely off topic for this list).

Happy learning!

Sascha
