I also run a multilanguage CoreBlog2 instance, it works quite well, its the only Plone blog software that i have been able to get to work with multi language at all.
The main issue is to not make the blog it self multilanguage, that part plone takes care of, it's only the categories and the entrys that should be translated.
My site, http://zoone.se/main/blog it's mjust a personal little page, but i find it interesting to run.
