Ok, solved this one, it's actually a bug in Zope 2.9.6.

The solution is to copy back an old version of DateTime.py into;
/usr/lib/zope2.9/lib/python/DateTime/

I've attached my (working) version of DataTime for anyone that's stuck.

It's a problem with the timezones, effectively (for me) it thinks that I've 
posted an entry 1 hour in the future, so I need to wait an hour before it 
appears. I guess anyone set to GMT will be Ok .. :)

Oh sorry.
Please tell me the version of Zope you use. I remenber there is 
time-zope issue in some convination of Plone and Zope (but I'm not 
sure...).
