The developer "stepan" checked in revision 3066 to
the coreboot source repository and caused the following
changes:

last try i hope. Building with a payload changes the result of the rom
image. Even if the rom image size is not changed, it can make the linking fail.
It's almost a heisen-bug, only there if you don't watch.

If something broke during this checkin please be a pain
in stepan's neck until the issue is fixed.
If this issue is not fixed within 24h the revision should
