More information (vendor, board, Config.lb) would be helpful to really help, but here are some options: 1. Enable compression with the payload. 2. Use fallback only - no normal image 3. Play with the various sizes until they all fit in your ROM 4. Get a larger ROM. If your platform is supported by buildrom, check out how it handles these options.
