the coreboot source repository and caused the following

Drop #defines for registers that are not existant on the ICH7.
Also, fix BIOS_CNTL, which is 0xdc on ICH7.

If something broke during this checkin please be a pain
in uwe's neck until the issue is fixed.
If this issue is not fixed within 24h the revision should
