I own almost the same board, K8N Neo2 Platinum here, and no, there's
virtually no chance of our boards ever being supported. The problem is the
datasheets for the nforce3 chipset are covered by a non-disclosure
agreement, which means someone would have to appeal to Nvidia and present
them with a good enough reason to let you have a peak at them. Typically
porting coreboot for a handful of home users is not enough of a reason. If
you're looking to upgrade, there are several good socket 939 boards in the
supported boards list.
