I thought I had read that it was needed somewhere. I haven't been able to find it again. I based the removal on section 6.5 in the SB600 rpr. I interpreted the end of the section to say the reset could cause problems and was unneeded. It seems to work fine without it. Either way is fine for me, I was just trying to keeps things minimal.
