The mtarvon mainboard config in coreboot only sets up the SuperIO-like
device embedded in the CPU for the internal UARTs; it does not set up
an external SuperIO at all.

I never bothered with the external SuperIO as I had no need for it. If
you want to use it, you'll have to modify Config.lb appropriately; see
the jarrell mainboard Config.lb for an example.
