As far as I know, the P2706T is not a specific mainboard, but merely a version 
of the HP e-Vectra PC. There are  other versions of this computer, with 
different CPU/RAM/HDD/... configurations, not named P2706T (see 
http://bizsupport2.austin.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/lpv09426/lpv09426.pdf),
 but apparently
they all share the same mainboard.

I have a P2024A, and the outputs of 

lspci -tvnn
superiotool -dV
msrtool

match the ones supplied by Pawel for the P2706T. The board itself is only 
referenced as part no. D9896-63005
by the HP docs (see above) I've found so far.
