Try setting RAMBASE to 0x4000 (or whatever the newconfig build uses -
very likely something <1MB). The error message looks a lot like that
might fix it. We use a default of 1MB with kconfig, and try to get away
from the <1MB RAMBASEs (and ideally all non-1MB, but that's another topic)

I'm still looking into the details of the patch, so no Ack by me yet
(but no Nack either)
