SeaBIOS will load roms of the form "pciVVVV,DDDD.rom".  I don't see
any messages from SeaBIOS about checking CBFS though, which makes me
wonder if CONFIG_COREBOOT_FLASH is set.

Can you also post the output of "cbfstool print".
